Mother’s Day ordering guideline
❤️ NO CASH ON DELIVERY
❤️ FULL PAYMENT is required to book items. Clients will receive banking details when they book an item via the site. You will have 24hrs in which to make payment. After this the invoice will cancel.
❤️ Pickups and delivery will be facilitated on May 8th through May 12th. Pickup is at OUR STORE located on the Southern Main Road, Warrenville, Cunupia. Pickup location can be sent via whatsapp.
May 9th pickup - 3pm-6pm
May 10th pickup - 6am-10am
You cannot pick-up outside of these times. Please ensure you make proper arrangements. If someone is picking up on your behalf, it would be best to inform us and they must have the order number (when a booking was confirmed).
❤️🚚 Mother's day delivery service is $100 to main areas.
Areas like Sangre Grande, Rio Claro, Penal, Princes Town, Point fortin is $250 and up!
🚚 Deliveries will only be done to home and work locations. No “meet ups” will be available. Our drivers will call in advance to ensure someone is available to collect. They will call 3 times and will not attempt to deliver without confirmation on availability to collect. We will not be able to change delivery routes after May 6th. Any orders not delivered will be returned to OUR STORE (Cunupia). The client will be responsible for picking up the order. No re-delivery will be done, unless it is possible from our company, and this is will done at an additional delivery cost.
🚚 Deliveries will be done between the hours of 7am-4pm. If you’re not comfortable receiving an order after lunch, we advise having the order delivered the day before (Saturday 9th May, 2026) so that the item can be enjoyed throughout the entire Mother’s Day. We cannot guarantee any delivery time, nor will we attempt to. We do hope you understand as this is our peak season and will be a busy day and even with multiple drivers, it’s impossible to guarantee delivery times to clients. Please be patient. Your items will be delivered within our specified timeframe.
