Terms of Service
Orders are only confirmed upon payment. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of an order within 24hrs.
We do not accept cash on delivery.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the item you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Refund Claims
If a client has any issues or concerns with an item, a claim must be made within 4 hours after the receipt of any item. Any claims outside of this period will not be entertained. Claims can only be made by the client who entered into the agreement/ placed an order with Love & Fleurs.
Refunds or partial refunds will be subject to scrutiny based on the nature of the item. We will not be held responsible for items left in cars/vehicles or mishandled by the client.
The refund amount is up to the discretion of the Love and Fleurs management.
SPECIALTY FLOWERS
When purchasing specialty flowers Tulips, Peonies, etc. please note these flowers have a very short lifespan, and as such, these items are being purchased at the clients' own risk due to their delicate nature. LOVE AND FLEURS will not be held liable for any damages to these flowers.
Any descriptions or illustrations contained on the website are produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods that are offered by us and therefore do not have any contractual force.
By making payments towards and item the client agrees to our policies stated above.
Order cancellation
Cancelling an order requires at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable for orders canceling within this timeframe. Orders canceled after this timeframe will be subject to a 100% cancelation fee. Please keep in mind that orders can be prepared 48hrs before the scheduled pickup or delivery to ensure a smooth process.
This isn’t applicable to peak seasons as flowers are ordered weeks in advance to supply the demand. Any peak seasons items order is non refundable once payment is made regardless of the cancellation time.
